Recently he is listed under India’s TOP-10 Doctor, survey 2012. He is well known to be an honest and a very balanced hospital administrator. Now a day he is a well-known name in the arena of Indian Healthcare Administration, Operations & Management. He is also a Medico Legal Consultant, Author & visiting faculty in leading Healthcare management Colleges / Universities.
Dr Pradeep Bhardwaj is the only candidate who received the PhD degree in Health Strategy Management from Netherlands University. He possesses the qualification like – M.Phil.- Management, MBA – Hospital Management, PGDHA, PGDMM, PGDMLS, NABH Assessor, NLP (USA), LLB, MDP- IIMA.

You are recorded as the ‘Youngest Medical Superintendent’ in India, and recently you are awarded for the prestigious ‘NATIONAL E Governance Award by the Govt of India’ in Healthcare. Please tell us about your early career and how did you make up to the present mark?
Thank you! I consider this prestigious award as token of my hard work. I’m very happy as well as aware of the great responsibilities laying ahead.
Since this award is given first time in healthcare management, I believe that, it will inspire me to work harder for uplifting the profession of hospital administration and management in India. I am also very thankful to my ENTIRE TEAM for his active support & motivation in leading this group. I wish to express my most sincere gratitude and heartfelt debtness to all my relatives, friends and teachers.
I achieved excellence in term of Quality of Work and working standards along with strong educational background in healthcare management. My phenomenal triumph did not happen overnight. It is started in the year 2001 from Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, Fortis Healthcare to Sir Gangaram Hospital Delhi. My zeal towards work, dedication, self-confidence and growth keeps me going further and further and motivates me do complete justice to my work. I have developed the ability to always do something different from others and this reflects in all the work I do. I believe in giving the profession of hospital Administration and management in India a boost.
Success in Healthcare means
In a hospital we are dealing with the question of life and death and I believe that we are successful only if can bring smile on the face of patient.
Man, with a Vision
My vision is to change role of healthcare administration in India. I would like to change the doctor centric model of Indian healthcare management industry. Today 90% of the hospital in USA & 100% Hospital in UK are headed by the Non-Medicals’ trained in Hospital Administration. In practice it is found that a Non-Medical person brought more success to hospital as he is more flexible, has more appetite and a stronger sense of business than medical person.
Today healthcare organizations are facing their toughest competition in decades. I think that answer lies in doing a better job of meeting and satisfying patient needs. Every organization wanting to win. Only patient centered organization will win, those who can delivered superior care and value for money to their customer / patients. My aim is “Care with Concern”.

I’m involved in teaching the future professional pursuing DNB, M.Phil, PhD, MHA, PGDMM, PGDHA, MBA – Hospital Management in the areas of Health Law, Hospital Operations Management, Medical Tourism, Hospital Management., TQM, Materials Management & Six Sigma at IIM, National Boards of Examinations, Ministry of Health, College of Healthcare, UGC-CEC, Rai Foundation, AIIMS, ICRI, Symbiosis, AIILSG, Amity University & Apollo Medversity.
As a visiting faculty, I am always been a favorite amongst students. I’m also Board of Advisory in many healthcare organizations / institutes / universities.
How you overcome obstacles?
You say obstacles, I say them God Game sent to each of us to make us stronger. I see obstacles as an opportunity. Face them and have faith in god and yourself.
Most Memorable moment in your life?
First, when I got married to the most beautiful lady “Menaka” in the year 2003.
Secondly, when I got an opportunity with Sir Gangaram Hospital, Delhi as an “AMS”.
What is your mantra for maintainingyour professional & personnel life balance -?
Strict discipline, Hard work, and having obsession that “Nothing is impossible”. I give 100% efforts in whatever I do.

Swimming,Long Driving, Horse Riding and River Rafting
