What do we do with your information ?
When you subscribe magazine in Microbioz India magazine store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.When you browse our store, we also  receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

As per part of our news letter with your permission, we may send you emails magazine subscription and other offerings.

Payment
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Third party payment gateway do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.The policy only applied in case of annual print subscription of magazines as well as only in undispatched issue.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of magazine subscription which include billing report hard copies.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your interest. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
